  Known as the "best in the industry" our Ski Express Hosts are on the job to make sure your holiday goes off without a hitch. Chosen for their excellent customer service and skiing/boarding skills along with their experience of working in top ski areas in countries such as Austria, Canada, France, Japan and the USA, our Hosts are available to assist with just about anything that you may require during your stay. We have five Queenstown hotels with a resident Ski Express Host (look out for the Host icon on the hotel pages), plus a non-resident Host in Methven located in the centre of town.
  
  Please note: There are no Ski Express Hosts or Host services at Mt Ruapehu. 
   

• Queenstown Ski Shuttle packages - New

  All of our Ski Shuttle packages from Queenstown now give you access to Cardrona as well as to Coronet Peak and the Remarkables - at no extra cost!   The fun doesn’t stop once the sun goes down in Queenstown, with Coronet Peak lighting up on Friday and Saturday nights, mid-July to mid-September for the magic of night skiing. All Queenstown packages include FREE night skiing at Coronet Peak.
   

• Free Morning Kickstart

  Start the day with a FREE coffee and muffin - a great way to meet fellow Ski Express guests and talk about your ski runs and adventures on the slopes. Join the Ski Express Hosts at 10:00am on selected days at The Remarkables, Mt Hutt, Treble Cone and Cardrona.
   

• Free Mountain Tours

  Looking for a little more adventure while you’re on the mountain? The Ski Express Hosts provide a FREE two hour tour of the ski areas for intermediate and advanced skiers and riders. Available Monday to Friday at Coronet Peak and Mt Hutt, and on selected days at The Remarkables, Cardrona and Treble Cone. This is the quickest way to find the best runs on the mountain and meet new people in the process.
   

• Après Ski

  Ski Express has a range of après-ski (‘after ski’) activities all designed to help you meet other guests and get the most out of your holiday. Here’s what’s on offer (July to September):
  
  Queenstown, Wanaka and Methven by Night: These popular tours are a great way to find the best bars in town. Your Host will take you to four top spots in each resort – bookings can be made in resort for an additional charge.
  Ski Express Prize Night: Held every Wednesday night at the Novotel Gardens Queenstown, Base Wanaka and the Steel Worx in Methven. On arrival enjoy a FREE drink and receive a ticket into the draw for a fantastic range of prizes.
  Welcome Night: Join your Host on a Sunday or Thursday night at the bar of a live-in Hosted Property for a FREE welcome drink.
