The largest ski area in the South Island, Treble Cone is renowned for its stunning scenery across Lake Wanaka, varied terrain, congestion free slopes and legendary powder days.
The mountain offers dedicated slopes for beginners, long and wise intermediate groomed trails, plus thrilling runs to challenge even the most accomplished skiers and boarders. Off-piste skiing and free-riding is legendary with chutes, bowls, gullies, natural half-pipes and a terrain park. With the longest vertical rise in the Southern Lakes and spectacular views across Lake Wanaka and Mount Aspiring, Treble Cone claims the most exhilarating runs in the country. However, recent work done on widening trails and opening up more beginner and intermediate terrain means Treble Cone is great fun on the snow for all.
Treble Cone is renowned for its friendly atmosphere, overall service and stylish alpine restaurant facilities, proving that one day is not enough to fully enjoy and explore this mountain!
