Booking Terms and Conditions
$110 per person is required within 6 days of your holiday confirmation. Some activities/products have their own strict deposit regulations, which you will be made aware of at the time of booking. Failure to pay the deposit within 6 days of confirmation will result in automatic cancellation of all travel arrangements.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of intended travel are to be paid in full immediately upon confirmation. Certain special airfares may require payment immediately upon booking. In the event that ANZCRO agrees to the acceptance of Credit Card payments, they will be made available through special arrangement with the Travel Agent, ANZCRO reserves the right to charge a fee to the Credit Card Holder for this service.
Credit Card Information Security Policy
Ski Express uses the DPS Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. DPS processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service. Payments are validated and authorised immediately, however transactions will not be completed until Ski Express has confirmed your itinerary requests. We do not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS. DPS have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their PCI-DSS compliant Data Centre. ANZCRO reserves the right to charge a late booking fee of $35 to cover additional costs associated with bookings made within 10 days of travel.

First time amendment is FREE. All additional amendments are liable to a maximum charge of $33 per amendment. Once Travel Documents have been issued, all amendments will be charged. Airline tickets have additional amendment charges. Please ask your Travel Agent or one of our Ski Specialists.
– Unused Car/Motorhome hire – NIL.
– Unused Accommodation/Service vouchers refunded at the sole discretion of ANZCRO. Product and service providers are unable to authorise any refund on ANZCRO’s behalf.
To the extent permitted by law, no refund is available after the tour has commenced in respect to any travel, accommodation, meals or any services not utilised.

Product and Service providers are unable to authorise any refund on ANZCRO’s behalf. Any refunds due cannot be processed until the relevant funds have been returned by suppliers to ANZCRO.

Prices are per person, multishare as stated and are subject to availability. Prices shown are for travel generally between the dates of 1 August to 30 September 2017, please check the individual packages for travel dates and more information. Surcharges or discounts may apply for travel at other times. Please enquire for prices. Prices were correct as at Feb 2017 but are subject to change without notice. For New Zealand packages where a vehicle is included, specific insurance excess conditions will apply. Please ask one of our Ski Specialists for more details. Ski product included in packages is non refundable. Ski conditions and season length vary from year to year.
All Prices are expressed in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax. ANZCRO reserves the right to amend without notice any advertised prices. Rates advertised on this website reflect information available to ANZCRO at time of submission and all possible care has been taken in its compilation. Current valid prices will be advised on request and confirmation by way of invoice to your Travel Agent when your booking is made or via one of our Ski Specialists. Pricing will be guaranteed only after ANZCRO has received total payment.
A valid Passport is required by all travellers. Those not travelling on an Australian Passport may require a Visa. This is the traveller’s responsibility. Travel Vouchers will be issued after full payment has been received by ANZCRO. Documents will be forwarded to the Travel Agent, or you directly, by standard mail. If Express Post or a Courier is required, a fee will be charged at ANZCRO’s discretion.

ANZCRO strongly recommends that you consider purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking. Your Travel Agent will be able to advise and assist you with this or speak to one of our Ski Specialists. Cancellation fees charged by ANZCRO will not be waived under any circumstances, where travel insurance may have covered you.
All baggage and personal effects are, at all times, at your own risk. Any excess baggage charges are the responsibility of the passenger.
ANZCRO Group Booking additional booking conditions.
Any cancellation or amendment to these group travel arrangements must be made with the prior written approval of ANZCRO in the country the booking was made from to ensure a refund is payable. Product suppliers are unable to authorise refunds under any circumstances. Please familiarise yourself with the cancellation clause in your voucher cover. It is strongly recommended that you take out Travel Insurance to cover you for any such eventuality. Cancellation charges cannot be waived where Travel Insurance would have covered your situation. Where ever possible you should reconfirm your travel arrangements with each Supplier at least 24 hours prior to the date of travel. Contact details for each Supplier are shown on your vouchers.

All SKI products are non refundable: Ski conditions are an act of nature and totally beyond our control. ANZCRO urges clients to check weather conditions before departing on any ski or snow dependent holiday as conditions can change at very short notice. ANZCRO takes no responsibility for late starts or early finishes to the ski season.
PLEASE NOTE: ANZCRO STRONGLY RECOMMENDS CLIENTS TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE.
The airlines do not, by virtue of their endorsement of ANZCRO, represent themselves either as contracting with any purchaser of a holiday from ANZCRO or as having any other legal relationship with any other purchaser.
- The Trade Practices Act implies a warranty that the services rendered by Australia New Zealand Central Reservations Office will be rendered with due care and skill and nothing contained in these conditions is to be construed as in any way excluding, restricting or limiting that warranty or any other rights implied by law which may not be excluded, restricted or modified.
- ANZCRO and its associated companies and their employees are not liable for:
- Any event beyond their control, including (but not limited to) war, disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, act of God, act of government or other authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action (whether or not including ANZCRO employees):nor
- Any act or omission whatsoever (whether within or outside their control) in relation to any booking, contract, travel accommodation, excursion or other holiday services (including the carriage of baggage) which results in any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, death, injury, delay, liability, additional expenses or inconvenience. ANZCRO does not take responsibility for the failure of individual properties, plant or services detailed on this web site.
- ANZCRO is a tour wholesaler who arranges the provision of the products and services listed. ANZCRO does not take responsibility for the omission or failure of individual properties, plant or services.
